Traditionally, internal concrete vibrators with power cords required multiple workers on site—some to operate the unit and others to manage the cords. Backpack-type vibrators, on the other hand, forced operators to carry batteries weighing over 22 pounds (10 kg), significantly increasing physical strain. In hot weather, the risk of heatstroke due to body heat retention became a serious concern for workers.The newly developed SLABRATOR fundamentally solves these issues. It’s a self-propelled, one-operator machine that eliminates the need for cords and heavy backpack systems. With intuitive, easy-to-use controls and autonomous movement, it delivers consistent and reliable vibration-based compaction while significantly reducing worker fatigue. At the same time, it ensures high-quality results that comply with JASS-5 standards.
Conventional compaction using corded vibrators required at least four workers (2 for vibrators, 2 for cable handling) for a 1,196 yd² (≈1,000 m² ) pour. The SLABRATOR replaces all that with a single operator, dramatically reducing labor needs.

Efficient Bubble Elimination with φ2.36" Vibrators
The SLABRATOR is equipped with three high-power vibrators, each measuring φ2.36 inches (60 mm), significantly larger than the conventional φ1.18 to 1.77 inches (30–45 mm) units commonly used in the industry.Its wide vibration radius and deep penetration capability allow for efficient removal of entrapped air within the concrete, ensuring uniform and reliable compaction throughout the deeper layers.By applying vibration for more than 5 seconds at intervals of 23.6 inches (60 cm), the SLABRATOR meets JASS 5 compaction standards, enabling consistent, high-quality concrete placement with minimal variation in finish quality.

How to Operate
１. Turn on the power
2. Raise the arm
3. Start the vibrator (select 1–3 units)
4. Lower the arm
5. Vibrate for 5+ seconds per spot (JASS-5 standard)
6. Confirm air bubbles rise to the surface
7. Raise the arm
8. Move forward or backward at 23.6" (60cm) intervals
9. Repeat
